When our partners with DPICOS Design reached out to us they made sure to let us know that the clients dreamed of an outdoor oasis where style and functionality could coexist seamlessly, and that’s exactly what we aimed to deliver.

After looking over their design and seeing the copper cabinetry, nestled against the backdrop of lush greenery and a serene lakeside view, we chose Dekton Laurent for the bar and island—a dramatic black stone with gold veining reminiscent of classic marble. Its rich tones and bold texture brought instant sophistication, grounding the space and giving it a sense of permanence. For the counters, we went with Dekton Edora, a subtle, neutral finish that perfectly balanced Laurent’s bold personality. Together, the two surfaces created a harmonious blend of elegance and modernity.

On installation day, everything came together beautifully. The Laurent slabs wrapped the island like a piece of modern art, while the Edora countertops added a practical yet stylish touch to the cooking area. The durability of Dekton meant this outdoor kitchen would hold up to countless family gatherings, rain or shine, without losing its charm.

Now, this space feels like an extension of the home—a place where the indoors meet the outdoors in the most seamless way.
