Divine store works deserves every star there is. We usually go to big box store and this was our first time visiting a local store for a counter top. Absolutely helpful and friendly staff, ensured we are satisfied with our selection, quick turn around times and also a very honest company . Highly recommend and for any quartz or stone needs would definitely go back to them .
My boyfriend and I recently built a new home and used Divine Stoneworks for our countertops and we couldn’t have been happier! At the beginning, we of course were shopping around, but what set them apart was how Renan gave me his honest opinions about how the colors would affect our cabinet’s color (warmer tones against grays/whites etc), as well as what would be most complimentary to black fixtures. Whereas other places just showed us what colors we wanted to see, not caring the outcome with the finished overall kitchen product. The entire process was very smooth. And to top it all off, we were on a deadline, and they were able to accommodate it. I’d recommend to anyone!

During measuring process, was professional, courteous and helpful in describing what to expect during installation. Divine Stoneworks is out of this world!!!From everyone I spoke to at Divine Stoneworks was such a delight. They took the time to explain everything in detail about my kitchen project with step by step process and were patient with all my questions. I learned quite a bit in what is involved in replacing my kitchen counter tops and all the precision that goes into making sure everything goes smoothly.Not only did I change my kitchen counter tops, I also replaced the split sink to a single bowl. I’ve always had split sinks in the past and debated if I wanted to deviate; however I’m glad I didn’t as it is a new game changer when I’m cooking in my kitchen!The installers did an amazing and incredible job! Not one single scratch or nick in the walls, cabinets, NOTHING!!! They were very professional, took great care in installing/communication, and I could tell they take great pride in their work, installation and making sure I was happy! And boy am I!!!My kitchen has truly transformed into feeling very luxurious. It went from Drab to Fab! I look at my kitchen every day and I never want to leave my house as I’d much rather be home enjoying it. Plus there is something fun about just starring at it that makes me happy too!Thank you everyone at Divine Stoneworks for such a pleasant and stress free experience. Everybody I have worked with at Divine has been knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful!Update: Our counters are in and they are gorgeous! They have such a smooth finish that you can see reflections in the surface. We absolutely love them!
1 star for selection and 1 start for help around the stones, I worked with Mike, great guy and very knowledgeable. Minus 3 stars for installation in terms of process and handling bad situations.They are good on getting you in the door and showing you things and following back on things at you are picking and thinking about the stones. Once you go into installation process, things change, it is hard to get in touch with people who coordinate the installation and the customer is not the priority as much.We got one delay on the installation due to cutting issue, and after the installation the job was left undone. The people doing the actual installation on the ground were not able to reliably come back and finish the job as they kept rescheduling. One time we scheduled a particular time and the people just did not show up or call, calling the day after saying that they were sorry and forgot to call the day before.I understand that thing go wrong and time tables may shift. The handling of the situation was far from satisfactory and very lacking and disengaged. I would have expected the person coordinating the installation to get more involved if there are things going wrong or slip. In this instance I only got a call to pay the remaining balance while the working crew was still failing to find a time to come and finish the installation.I ended up paying my plumber to take care of the outstanding work.
