Update 5/3/24 - The team came on site and did the repair work. The tech mentioned that the caulk used at the install was not the correct type, hence why it failed. It now looks very good. They also re-polished the side of the sink with issues. -- I'll start by saying the showroom experience was very good. The sales consultants were great to work with - and they had a very good selection. But that is where it ends. We had a new vanity installed in March 2022. To kick things off, they installed the sides of the top backwards so the veining did not line up. They had to come back on site, remove them, and reinstall them properly. Aside from the lacking of attention to detail, the bigger issue is their quality control. The left side of our sink is coarse and cut in a way that stains brown every week. It's because it is not smooth like the rest of the sink (see photos, left of the faucet is incorrect, right is fine). The rest of the top has never had any issues like that with staining. The caulking also failed after 6 months. I reached out to the owner, in May of 2023 because it was as early as I could get around to it notifying them of the issues. I shared the same photos I've attached to this review. They told me the issue was not the sink, but that it could be resolved using bar keepers friend... We have cleaners come every week, it's not the cleaning aspect that is causing this issue... it's a poorly cut and polished opening. They told me they could come out and for $250 resolve the issues because they guarantee their work for 1 year. This was about 2 months past the year mark. We have bathrooms that were redone in 2017 and the calking looks like new. Stay away from these guys.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
